Remembering Pride of Nation Arfa Karim Randhawa

Dear Arfa Karim Randhawa all of us knew that death follows life and everyone who came in this world has to leave but we were not expecting that you will leave us so early. We all were so happy to hear the news about your mind showing signs of life on January 14th 2012 but we never knew that you will leave us the same evening. This happy news was very short lived like your life. Whole of nation was praying for your health and life but perhaps our prayers are so imperfect that we could not get you back from the cruel clutches of death. You were pride of this nation. You made us proud Pakistani’s among the League of Nations. You were the real image of Pakistan. You showed the world a glimpse of the talents this nation has. You told them that this is not a nation of criminals, hooligans and suicide bombers rather a nation of intelligent persons like you. You gave Pakistan a new Image and Identity. You were a family member of whole Pakistan and feel proud being associated with you.

Like your name you were truly Arfa (High). Your aims, dreams, objectives and passions were all high and you selected a higher place (heaven) to live in. Nobody knew your intentions when you were born but you were always in hurry. You owned a personal computer at the age of five years when it was a rare commodity in Pakistan. You became youngest Microsoft certified professional at the age of 09 when your age fellows just start the basics. You became the youngest the recipient of President’s pride of performance Award. You again took the lead and left us at the age of 16 with your objectives unfinished. You had a dream of serving the poor children of your country. You had a dream of serving the country after completing your studies. In fact you served us all and served us well. From today on your soul will rest in peace but there will be a big gap in our lives. We will Miss you all. We are proud of you. You were a source of Inspiration for younger and elders alike.
